AppealTexasTax checks single-family homes across 92 Texas counties against the median of their comparable neighbors under §41.43(b)(3). See where homes are most often appraised above that median — then check your own home on the map.

This is the share of judged homes the tool flags as having an unequal-appraisal case — homes that received a verdict (parcels with no comparable set are excluded). It is not a finding that a county over-charges everyone: by construction, roughly half of all homes sit above their local median, and §41.43(b)(3) lets any owner above the median of their comps protest down toward it.
